Title
A MOTION authorizing the chair of the council to enter into a contract for the institutional network feasibility special study.
Body
      WHEREAS, in the 2002 adopted budget the council directed that the council auditor seek independent technical assistance to conduct an evaluation of the viability of the institutional network project, and
      WHEREAS, the response to the request for proposal by Pacific Technologies, Incorporated was evaluated, consultant interview was conducted by the selection panel, and
      WHEREAS, the county auditor recommends hiring Pacific Technologies, Incorporated as consultant to conduct the institutional network feasibility special study;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
      The chair of the metropolitan King County council is authorized to enter into a
 
contract with Pacific Technologies, Incorporated in an amount not to exceed ninety-three thousand five hundred dollars to conduct the institutional network feasibility special study.
