A MOTION adopting initial administrative rules to carry out the policies and purposes of Ordinance 13320.

      WHEREAS, Ordinance 13320, relating to lobbyist disclosure, required the department of information and administrative services to adopt administrative rules to carry out the policies and purposes of the ordinance, and
      WHEREAS, the department shall transmit initial administrative rules for council approval, and
      WHEREAS, the initial administrative rules shall be effective upon approval by the metropolitan King County council by motion;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
 
      The initial administrative rules to carry out the policies and purposes of Ordinance 13320, set out in Attachment A to this motion and designated, are hereby adopted.
