A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the King County International Airport Master Plan Update Community Outreach and Engagement Proviso Response report, as called for by the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 108, Proviso P1.

                     WHEREAS, the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 108, Proviso P1, requires the executive to transmits an airport master plan community outreach and engagement report, and

                     WHEREAS, the King County International Airport Master Plan Update Community Outreach and Engagement Proviso Response report have been completed and transmitted to the council, and

                     WHEREAS, the council has received the report, and

                     WHEREAS, if the council does not timely receive the report, then the King County International Airport cannot spend $75,000 of the 2021-2022 budget appropriation in accordance with Ordinance 19210, Section 108, Proviso P1;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED, by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the King County International Airport Master Plan Update Community Outreach and Engagement Proviso Response report, Attachment A to this

motion, as required by Ordinance 19210, Section 108, Proviso P1, is hereby acknowledged.
