Title

A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the final report on the coordination of the delivery of benefits and services to low-income King County residents required by the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 62, Proviso P2.

Body

                     WHEREAS, the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 62, Proviso P2, requires the executive to transmit a final report on the coordination of benefits and services for low-income King County residents, and

                     WHEREAS, the executive has previously transmitted a progress report on the final report and any challenges to produce the final report, as also required by the proviso, and

                     WHEREAS, the proviso further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the final report;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the final report on the coordination of the delivery of benefits and services to low-income King County residents, which is Attachment A to this motion, in

compliance with 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 62, Proviso P2, is hereby acknowledged.
