STATEMENT OF FACTS:

The facilities management division completed the surplus property, affordable housing and public notice requirements for the sale of the property located at 14256 100th Ave NE, Kirkland, Washington, located within council district one.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to convey the property located at 14256 100th Ave NE, Kirkland to the city of Kirkland consistent with a purchase and sale

agreement substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the purchase and sale agreement.
