                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 77 (Departments: Local Services, King County Information Technology, Natural Resources and Parks, and Public Health) representing employees in the departments of local services, King County information technology, natural resources and parks, and public health, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2019, through and including December 31, 2020.
