A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a report evaluating the department of adult and juvenile detention corrections and juvenile detention officer hiring incentive pilot program in compliance with the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 52, Proviso P3.

                     WHEREAS, the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 52, Proviso P3, requires the executive to transmit a report evaluating the department of adult and juvenile detention corrections and juvenile detention officer hiring incentive pilot program, and a motion acknowledging receipt of the report, and

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 18835, Section 52, Proviso P3, provides that $100,000 shall not be expended or encumbered until the report is transmitted, and a motion acknowledging receipt of the plan is passed;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
