A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a report providing historical data on the amount of residual material from material recovery facilities disposed of at the Cedar Hills regional landfill as required by the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18409, Section 107, as amended by Ordinance 18766, Section 47, Proviso P8.

                     WHEREAS, the King County council in adopting the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18409, Section 107, as amended by Ordinance 18766, Section 47, Proviso P8, directs the executive to transmit, by September 14, 2018, a report providing historical data on the amount of residual material from material recovery facilities disposed of at the Cedar Hills regional landfill, and

                     WHEREAS, the report is submitted by the department of natural resources and parks, to fulfill this requirement;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the report providing historical data on the amount of residual material from material recovery facilities disposed of at the Cedar Hills regional landfill,

Attachment A to this motion, as required by Ordinance 18766, Section 47, Proviso P8, is hereby acknowledged.
