                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding acceptance of certain Master Labor Agreement provisions negotiated by and between King County and Uniformed Command Association (Corrections Jail Captains - Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention) representing employees in the department of adult and juvenile detention, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2017, through and including December 31, 2020.
