A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Facilities Management Division Records Relocation Proviso Response Report on the costs and schedule for records storage tenant improvements as required by the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18409, Section 132, as amended by Ordinance 18632, Section 2, Proviso P6.

                     WHEREAS, the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, 18409, Section 132, as amended by Ordinance 18632, Section 2, appropriated the facilities management building repair and replacement fund and included Proviso P6, requiring executive transmittal of a Facilities Management Division Records Relocation Proviso Response Report on the costs and schedule for records storage tenant improvements, receipt of which is to be acknowledged by council motion;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The council acknowledges receipt of the report, Attachment A to this motion, as described in this motion.
