Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to the veterans and family and human services appropriations; making a supplemental appropriation to the department of community and human services of $1,592,916 to the veterans and family levy fund and $671,946 to the human services fund; and amending the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18409, Sections 76 and 77, as amended.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  From non-general funds there is hereby appropriated a net total of $1,592,916 to the veterans and family levy fund and $671,946 to the human serices fund.

                     There is hereby appropriated $1,592,916 to the veterans and family levy fund.

                     There is hereby appropriated $671,946 to the human services fund.

                     SECTION 2.  Ordinance 18409, Section 76, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

                     VETERANS AND FAMILY LEVY - From the veterans and family levy fund there is hereby appropriated to:

                     Veterans and family levy                     $1,592,916

                     SECTION 2.  Ordinance 18409, Section 77, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

                     HUMAN SERVICES LEVY - From the human services levy fund there is hereby appropriated to:

                     Human services levy                     $671,946
