Title

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to sign a twenty-five year license agreement enabling the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network project to occupy and use the city of Seattle's northeast site.

Body

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the license from the city of Seattle northeast site located at 8526 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, Washington, in council district one, the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network project, with the oversight of the county's facilities management division, has determined that there is not an appropriate county-owned option, and has successfully negotiated a license with the city of Seattle that will enable the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network project to use the northeast site.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a license for the northeast

site with the city of Seattle, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the license.
