                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Labor Unions representing employees in the departments of adult and juvenile detention, community and human services, elections, executive services, judicial administration, information technology, natural resources and parks, permitting and environmental review, public defense, public health and transportation and the assessor, council, district court, superior court, sheriff's office and office of the prosecuting attorney, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2017, through and including December 31, 2018.
