                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Public Safety Employees Union (Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention Management) representing employees in the department of adult and juvenile detention, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2016.
