STATEMENT OF FACTS:  Ordinance 18088 and Ordinance XXXXX (Proposed Ordinance 2015-0521) require that the group serving as the advisory board for the communities of opportunity elements of the best starts for kids levy include a council appointee confirmed by ordinance.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  Scarlett Aldebot-Green is appointed and confirmed to represent the council as a member of the communities of opportunity interim governance group

established by Ordinance 18088 and Ordinance XXXXX (Proposed Ordinance 2015-0521).
