AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning; amending Ordinance 10870, Section 335, as amended, and K.C.C. 21A.08.080 and Ordinance 10870, Section 336, as amended, and K.C.C. 21A.08.090; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Findings: Ordinance 17710 contains a technical drafting error due to a later amendment not reflecting the modifications a previous amendment made to the same section of that ordinance. To correct this error before the effective date of Ordinance 17710 and enact the regulations that were intended by the council to take effect, it is necessary to enact this ordinance as an emergency ordinance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 10870, Section 335, as amended, and K.C.C. 21A.08.080 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
A. Manufacturing land uses.
