      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Supervisors) representing employees in the departments of executive services, natural resources and parks, and transportation and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2012, through and including December 31, 2014.
