STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1. King County, a home rule charter county and political subdivision of the state of Washington, is the owner of the Northshore Athletic Fields property located at 14600 Northeast 145th Street, Woodinville, WA, and illustrated in Exhibit A of Attachment A to this ordinance.
