AN ORDINANCE relating to road names; changing the name of 168th Avenue SE to Patriot Way SE.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The roadway presently known as 168th Avenue Southeast, located in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M and described as follows:  beginning at the southern point of SE 128th  Street and adjacent to the northwest  corner of King County Department of  Assessments parcel 132305-9068, thence southerly to the end of the roadway at the northern point of SE 136th Street and adjacent to the southwest corner of King County Department of  Assessments parcel 722970-0105, is hereby redesignated as Patriot Way Southeast as shown on the maps on Attachments A and B to this ordinance.
      SECTION 2.  Notice of the proposed name change has been provided to the affected property owners as required by K.C.C. 16.08.060.
      SECTION 3.  The director of the department of transportation shall accomplish any necessary sign changes within sixty days of the effective date of this ordinance.
      SECTION 4.  The director of the department of permitting and environmental review shall accomplish any necessary address change notifications within seventy days of the effective date of this ordinance.
      SECTION 5.  Any necessary address changes shall be effective ninety days following the effective date of this ordinance.
