A RESOLUTION authorizing the chair to enter into an amendment to the contract for legal services between the King County Flood Control Zone District and Inslee, Best, Doezie & Ryder, P.S.

WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("District") entered into an Agreement for Special Counsel Legal Services ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to establish the 2013 hourly rates for the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is authorized to enter into the 2013 Amendment to Agreement for Special Counsel Legal Services, Attachment A to this Resolution.
