      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Wastewater Treatment Division, Managers and Assistant Managers) representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from July 1, 2010, through and including December 31, 2014.
