      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 (Facilities Management Division) representing employees in the department of executive services and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2012, through and including December 31, 2014.  Terms and
conditions of the memorandum of agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2012, through and including December 31, 2015.
