      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Technical Employees' Association (Wastewater Treatment Division, Supervisors and Staff) representing employees in the departments of natural resources and parks, and King County information technology and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2012, through and including December 31, 2014.
