      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Professional and Technical) representing employees in the departments of transportation, and information technology, and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2012, through and including December 31, 2014.
