BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated April 9, 2012, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by John and Rene Westman, John and Teresa Schmoe, Vytenis Babrauskas, Jerry Tierney and Jan Drange and Kenneth and Terry Roberts for property located at 9313 300th Place SE, 9211 300th Place SE, 9000 300th Place SE, 90xx 300th Place SE, and 30115 SE 88th Street, Issaquah, WA, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E11CT057, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
