Title
A MOTION authorizing the chair to revise the 2026 - 2027 Amendment to Contract for Flood Preparedness Brochure Graphic Design and Project Management.
Body
WHEREAS, by FCDEC Motion FCDECM2023-03, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("the District") entered into a Contract for Professional Services with Lund Faucett, LLC, for the preparation and distribution of the King County Be Flood Ready Brochure, and
WHEREAS, by FCDEC Motion FCDECM2024-02, the District entered into the first amendment to the contract, and
WHEREAS, by FCDEC Motion FCDECM2024-03, the first amendment to the contract was revised, and
WHEREAS, by FCDEC Motion FCDECM2025-01, the District entered into the second amendment to the contract, and
WHEREAS, by FCDEC Motion FCDECM2026-01, the District entered into the third amendment to the contract, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to revise the contract as set forth in Attachment A to this motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District Executive Committee is authorized to revise the "2026 - 2027 Amendment to the Contract for Flood Preparedness Brochure Graphic Design and Project Management," Attachment A to this motion.
