A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of David Spohr to the King County permit technical advisory committee created by Ordinance 15946.

      WHEREAS, Ordinance 15946 created the permit technical advisory committee, and
      WHEREAS, according to that motion, members of the advisory panel shall be experts in residential construction, real estate, agriculture and forestry practices, fire safety, environmental policy, rural and urban affairs in unincorporated King County, and
      WHEREAS, in accordance with that ordinance, nominations for appointments were provided to the executive by the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors, the King County Fire Chiefs Association and the Unincorporated Area Councils.  In addition, the executive was responsible for nominating the King County department of development and environmental services representative, the environmental representative and the agriculture and forestry representative.  The senior deputy ombudsman for rural affairs is named in the ordinance;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
      The county executive's appointment of David Spohr, to the King County permit technical advisory committee, is hereby confirmed.
