AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the King County sheriff's office; and establishing the effective date of the agreements.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the King County sheriff's office, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     Appended to the Coalition Labor Agreement is the following supplemental agreement:

                     A.  Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 463 Agreement between King County and the King County Regional Automated Fingerprint Identification System Guild - King County Sheriff's Office [463].

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2028.
