                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17, representing transit administrative support employees in the Metro transit department, which is Attachment A and Attachment B to this ordinance; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on January 1, 2025, through and including December 31, 2026.
