      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Administrative Support Employees and Professional and Technical Employees) representing employees in the departments of adult and juvenile detention, executive services, development and environmental services, public health, natural resources and parks, and transportation; and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2008, through and including December 31, 2008.
