      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Wastewater Treatment Division, Supervisors) representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks; and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from
November 1, 2003, through and including October 31, 2005.
