                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Joint Labor Management Insurance Committee regarding insured benefits for Joint Labor Management Insurance Committee of Unions represented benefits-eligible employees identified by King County deemed eligible to receive these benefits, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2028.
