                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Juvenile Detention Guild, representing employees in the juvenile division of the department of adult and juvenile detention, which is Attachment A and Attachment B to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2025, through and including December 31, 2025.
