      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of understanding negotiated between King County and the Service Employees International Union, Local 925, representing superior court courtroom clerks in the department of judicial administration and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2002, through and including March 31, 2005.
