      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional & Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Transit Supervisors - Department of Transportation, Metro Transit Division), representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from March 1, 2004, through and including August 31, 2005.
