A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a letter from the Harborview board of trustees pertaining to the county hospital tax operating spending plan, as required by the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 102, Proviso P1.

                     WHEREAS, the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, included Section 102, Proviso P1, which called for the Harborview board of trustees to transmit to the executive and to the council a letter containing components of operational expenditures of the county hospital tax revenue by category of operational expenditure, and for the executive to transmit a motion to council acknowledging receipt of the letter, and

                     WHEREAS, the Harborview board of trustees has transmitted to the executive and to the council the required letter entitled 2026 County Hospital Tax Operating Spending Plan, and the executive has transmitted a motion to council acknowledging the receipt thereof;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The King County council hereby acknowledges receipt of Attachment A to this

motion, 2026 County Hospital Tax Operating Spending Plan, as required by Ordinance 20023, Section 102, Proviso P1.
