      WHEREAS, the facilities management division completed, and the county executive has transmitted, the report and proposed legislation required in the major maintenance reserve fund proviso related to the 2003 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14517, Section 118, and
      WHEREAS, the building evaluation report has been provided with an assessment of its implications for the major maintenance reserve fund program as required, and
      WHEREAS, the major maintenance reserve fund program in the executive proposed 2003 budget has been evaluated for compliance with the major maintenance section of the King County Code as required, and
      WHEREAS, changes to the major maintenance reserve fund section in the King County Code have been recommending the building evaluation report methodology and findings as required, and
      WHEREAS, the county executive has transmitted legislation that would change the major maintenance reserve fund section in the King County Code;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
      The King County executive response to the major maintenance reserve fund proviso related to the 2003 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14517, Section 118, is hereby approved.
