AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks and the department of public defense; and establishing the effective date of the agreements.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. The Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks and the department of public defense, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
Appended to the Coalition Labor Agreement are the following supplemental agreements:
A. Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 010 Agreement Between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 - Department of Natural Resources and Parks - Parks and Recreation [010].
B. Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 011 Agreement Between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 - Department of Natural Resources and Parks - Wastewater Treatment [011].
C. Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 462 Agreement Between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 - Department of Public Defense [462].
SECTION 2. Terms and conditions of the agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2028.
