AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $6,688,000 to roads for additional city contract work, and a disappropriation of $300,000 from roads construction transfer to cancel project to pay for Hobart; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Sections 62 and 63, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. From the road fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $6,688,000 to roads for additional city contract work, and a disappropriation of $300,000 from roads construction transfer to cancel project to pay for Hobart.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 15975, Section 62, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
ROADS - From the road fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Roads $6,688,000
SECTION 3. Ordinance 15975, Section 63, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
ROADS CONSTRUCTION TRANSFER - From the road fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
Roads construction transfer ($300,000)
