AN ORDINANCE abolishing various operating and capital funds and sub-funds in fiscal year 2004; transferring any remaining net assets and fund balances; amending Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted the abolishment of operating and capital funds and sub-funds in fiscal year 2004 as presented in sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance, and the transfer of any remaining net assets and fund balances as presented in Attachment A to this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The following capital funds and sub-funds are hereby abolished:
