STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from the city of Seattle, located at 4400 37th Avenue South, Seattle, within council district two, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a lease for the property located at 4400 37th Avenue South with the city of Seattle, substantially in the form of

Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
