AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks, the department of local services, and the department of executive services; and establishing the effective date of the agreements.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Coalition Labor Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Coalition of Unions representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks, the department of local services, and the department of executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     Appended to the Coalition Labor Agreement is the following supplemental agreements:

                     A.  Coalition Labor Agreement (CLA) - Appendix for 160 Agreement Between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 174 - Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Department of Local Services, and Department of Executive Services [160].

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2026, through and including December 31, 2028.
