A RESOLUTION authorizing the chair to enter into a third amendment to the contract for executive director services.

Body

WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("District") has entered into a contract for executive director services with Lund Consulting, Inc.; and                       

WHEREAS, the District desires to amend the contract as set forth in Attachment A to this resolution; now, therefore

                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:

                     SECTION 1. The chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is

authorized to enter into the "Third Amendment to Contract for Consultant Services," Attachment A to this resolution.
