Title
A RESOLUTION relating to the operations and finances of the King County Flood Control Zone District; adopting a revised 2013 annual subregional opportunity fund allocation and amending resolution FCD 2012-09.3.
Body
WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors adopted the 2013 budgets, opportunity fund allocations and six-year capital improvement program in FCD2012-09.3 ; and        
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors amended the 2013 Oversight Budget (Attachment F to FCD2012-09.3) in FCD2013-14.1; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to remove the proviso for the 2013 Capital Budget relating to the County-line project; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to correct errors in the 2013 Opportunity Fund Allocations of Attachment G of FCD2012-09.3; and
      WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 86.15.140, the District held a public hearing on the budget amendments proposed in this resolution on ___________, 2013; now, therefore
      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
            SECTION 1.  The Board amends section 4 of resolution FDC2012-09.3 by deleting the proviso, so that section 4 of the resolution, after the deletion of the proviso, reads as follows:
The Board adopts the 2013 capital budget for the District, consisting of the projects and expenditures, including the subregional opportunity fund, as set forth in Attachment D to this resolution, titled "2013 Capital Budget."
            SECTION 2.      The Board amends Attachment G as adopted by section 7
of resolution FCD2012-09.3, by replacing it with the "2013 Subregional Opportunity Fund Allocations Revised 4-10-13" as set forth in Attachment A to this resolution.
