Title

A MOTION authorizing the Chair to enter into a contract for website redesign, software maintenance, and hosting for the King County Flood Control District.

Body

                     WHEREAS, King County Flood Control Zone District ("the District") Executive Committee Motion FCDECM2020-03 authorized the chair of the District to enter into an agreement for website redesign, software maintenance, and hosting with AndiSites Inc. ("AndiSites") in 2020, and

                     WHEREAS, AndiSites has provided website maintenance and hosting services for the District since the completion of the District website redesign in 2020, the District desires to contract with AndiSites to provide a website revision, rearchitecting, and overall improvement of the website as set forth in Attachment A to this motion;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:

                     SECTION 1.  The Chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is authorized to enter into the "King County Flood Control Zone District Contract for

Professional Services," contract for website redesign, software maintenance, and hosting, Attachment A to this motion.
