A RESOLUTION adopting “King County Flood Control District” as the trade name and d/b/a for the district and authorizing the executive director to register such trade name and d/b/a in accordance with any applicable law.

      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
      SECTION 1.  The board of supervisors hereby adopts as its trade name the “King County Flood Control District,” and such trade name shall be an authorized and approved “doing business as” (“d/b/a”) of the district.
      SECTION 2.  The executive director is authorized and directed to register “King County Flood Control District” as the district's trade name and d/b/a with any federal,
 
state or local agency having jurisdiction, as may be required by applicable law or regulation.
