AN ORDINANCE authorizing the execution of an amendment to an existing lease to support the operation of public health - Seattle & King County.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from LBA RV-Company XXXIII, LP, located at 7272 W Marginal Way South, Suite 200, Seattle, within council district eight, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space and seeks council approval to amend the lease to allow for extension options.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute an amendment to an existing lease for the property to support the operation of public health - Seattle & King County located at 7272 W Marginal Way South, Suite 200, Seattle with LBA RV-Company

XXXIII, LP, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease amendment.
