      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Professional & Technical, Interest Arbitration - Department of Transportation, Metro Transit Division) representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from
January 1, 2005, through and including June 30, 2006.
