      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  A.  Section 3 of this ordinance establishes a fee for a person who requests and receives notary services from the director of the Seattle-King County department of public health in accordance with chapters 26.26, 70.08 and 70.58 RCW.
      B.  The fee is established under K.C.C. 2.99.030.
      SECTION 2.  Section 3 of this ordinance should constitute a new chapter on vital statistics fees in K.C.C. Title 4.
      NEW SECTION.  SECTION 3.  A person who receives notary services from the director of the Seattle-King County department of public health in accordance with
chapters 26.26 RCW and 70.08 RCW shall be charged a fee of eight dollars.
      SECTION 4.  This ordinance takes effect January 1, 2011.
