A RESOLUTION identifying the American Indian Health Commission for Washington State's alternate member to serve on the King County Board of Health.

Body

                     WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 70.05.035, BOH 2.04.020, and K.C.C. chapter 2.35, the King County Board of Health shall include a member to be selected by the American Indian Health Commission for Washington State, and

                     WHEREAS, as a result of term expirations, the King County Board of Health has received the American Indian Health Commission for Washington State's regular and alternate members to begin serving in 2025;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Health of King County:

                     A.  The Board of Health identifies Angela Young to serve as the alternate member candidate selected by the American Indian Health Commission for Washington State, for a three-year term to expire on December 31, 2027.

                     B.  In accordance with K.C.C. 2.35.024, the board will transmit to the King

County council this resolution along with the requisite materials for consideration and confirmation.
